感謝您支持量籽計畫股份有限公司(以下簡稱「本公司」或「QUANTUMCALL」)。
為維護您的權益,請於購買前詳細閱讀以下退款與退換條款。當您完成購買時,即視為同意本政策內容。
活動票券屬於限時限量性商品,一經完成付款及訂單確認後,不得任意取消或退票。
若因天災、疫情、主辦單位因素或其他不可抗力事件導致活動延期或取消,本公司將依主辦單位公告之退票辦法辦理。
若活動延期,原票券持有人可選擇:
保留票券參加延期後之場次;或
依公告時間辦理全額退款。
若票券因個人因素(如行程變動、交通問題等)無法參加,恕不接受退票或轉售申請。
電子票券或 QR Code 入場券僅限購買人本人使用,不得偽造、轉售或轉讓,違者將依法追究。
商品如經配送錯誤、破損或瑕疵,可於收到商品後 7 日內 聯繫客服申請退換貨。
請保持商品完整未使用,含包裝、配件、贈品與發票。
若逾期或商品已使用、損壞或缺件,恕不受理。
若為個人主觀因素(尺寸、顏色、想像落差等)恕不接受退換。
退換貨申請經確認後,本公司將於 7–14 個工作天內辦理退款或寄出更換商品。
國際訂單恕不提供退換貨服務,除商品瑕疵或出貨錯誤外。
經核准之退款,將依原支付方式退回(信用卡退款、電子支付退款等)。
若原支付渠道已關閉或無法退款,本公司將協助以匯款或其他方式處理。
退款作業時間約需 7–14 個工作天(實際時間依金流公司作業為準)。

Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before making any purchase.
By completing your order, you agree to the following terms.
All tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment is completed and the order is confirmed.
In the event of postponement or cancellation due to force majeure (natural disasters, public health emergencies, or organizer decisions), refunds will follow the official policy announced by the event organizer.
For postponed events, ticket holders may choose to:
Retain their ticket for the rescheduled date; or
Request a full refund within the announced refund period.
Refunds will not be accepted for personal reasons (e.g., schedule conflicts, transportation issues, etc.).
Electronic or QR code tickets are strictly non-transferable and may not be duplicated or resold. Violations will result in cancellation without refund.
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
The product must be unused and in its original condition, including packaging, accessories, and invoice.
Returns requested after 7 days or for used/damaged goods will not be accepted.
Returns or exchanges due to personal preference (e.g., color, size, or design expectations) are not accepted.
Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7–14 business days.
For international orders, returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (credit card, e-payment, etc.).
If the original payment channel is unavailable, alternative refund methods (such as bank transfer) may be arranged.
Processing time for refunds is approximately 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
