請您於使用本網站（以下簡稱「本服務」）前，詳細閱讀以下條款。當您使用、註冊、購買票券或商品時，即視為您已閱讀、理解並同意本條款的所有內容。
本公司透過本網站提供活動票券、演唱會入場券、藝文專場及相關周邊商品之銷售與活動資訊。
本公司保留隨時修改、更新、暫停或終止本服務部分或全部內容之權利，無須另行通知。
使用者應保證所提供之資料均為真實、正確與完整，若有不實或冒用他人資訊，本公司得拒絕提供服務。
使用者不得利用本服務從事任何非法行為、破壞網站安全或損害他人權益之行為。
票券或商品一經購買，除法令另有規定或公告特別說明者外，恕不接受任意取消或退款。
活動票券屬限量商品，請於付款期限內完成付款，逾期未付款者，系統將自動取消訂單。
若因天災、疫情、主辦單位原因或其他不可抗力因素導致活動延期或取消，本公司將依公告之退票辦法辦理。
周邊商品若有瑕疵，可於收到商品後 7 日內聯絡客服申請退換貨，惟須保持商品完整未使用。
虛擬票券與電子票券不得轉售、偽造或變造，違者依法追究。
本網站內之所有內容，包括但不限於文字、圖像、影片、設計、標誌、活動內容等，均屬本公司或合法授權人所有。
未經書面同意，不得以任何形式複製、散布、改作或公開展示。
本公司對於因網路中斷、系統錯誤、第三方介入、不可抗力因素等所造成之損失，不負任何賠償責任。
活動之最終內容、演出人員、時間及地點如有變動，將以主辦單位公告為準。
本條款之解釋與適用，以中華民國法律為準據法。如有爭議，雙方同意以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
QUANTUMCALL Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the Company”) provides online ticketing, concert passes, cultural event tickets, and related merchandise through this official website (“the Service”).
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice.
Users shall ensure that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
Any fraudulent or unlawful use of the Service is strictly prohibited.
Tickets and merchandise purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified by law or official announcement.
All tickets are limited in quantity and must be paid within the specified period.
In the event of cancellation or postponement due to force majeure (such as natural disasters or public health emergencies), refunds will follow the official policy announced by the organizer.
Merchandise found defective may be exchanged within seven (7) days of receipt, provided it remains unused and in original condition.
Electronic tickets are non-transferable and may not be duplicated or resold.
All content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and designs, belongs to the Company or its licensors.
No part of this website may be reproduced, distributed, or publicly displayed without written consent.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from service interruptions, system failures, or force majeure events.
Event details (including performer lineup, date, or venue) are subject to change and shall follow the organizer’s official announcements.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court.
